To enhance service delivery within the public service, it is pivotal to ensure a uniform approach to managing projects within all spheres of the IG. This means that the same tools and techniques should apply across all spheres of government. The PMO is meant to translate strategies/concepts into projects. The PMO supports all interim government projects and accompanies departments and organs of state.

Responsibilities of the PMO
Plan, help execute, monitor and closeout projects.
Establish project management framework/ guidelines for the IG.
- Help IG and organs of state translate strategies/concepts into projects.
- Accompany departments in ensuring projects are planned and managed properly.
- Act as projects committee with other members as mandated by the office of the president across IG.
- Train IG personnel of established project management framework to ensure uniformity.
JURISDICTION
- The Jurisdiction of the PMO is limited to an executing and reporting office on projects brought to its attention through the office of the President.
- Governance
- The chief projects officer is accountable and responsible for the performance of the IGs Projects. The PMO is vested in the office of the President.
- The PMO will have mandatory briefings with Performance management evaluation.
- The PMO will submit monthly progress reports on all projects mandated to it.
- The chief projects officer is expected to delegate his/her responsibilities within the IG to departmental project managers but remain accountable and responsible for ensuring the project management framework is adhered to.
- The chief projects officer shall make available all relevant information for mandatory state audits/agents of the legislative authority.
- Client departments/ project owners have veto powers over all decisions on project deliverables.
- Chief projects officer has veto powers over choice of project management tools and techniques and their application to IG projects.
- Project Team led by a Chief Projects Officer (CPO) who must be a qualified/experienced project manager.
DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFRAIRS (HA)
The Department of Home Affairs is created to lay the foundation for a prosperous Federal republic of Ambazonia. To do this end, it is planning and executing the tasks that will ensure the territorial integrity of the republic, while implementing an administrative structure that allows the people of Ambazonia to be governed by their Interim and future governments.

The Mission of the Department of Foreign Affairs is to ascertain and maintain a peaceful, prosperous, fair, and democratic bilateral relationship and to foster conditions for stability and progress for the benefit of the people of the Federal Republic of Ambazonia and People everywhere
STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMY AND FINANCE (DEF)
The State Department of Economy and Finance is created to harness resources for the emancipation and inclusive economic growth of the People of Ambazonia.
Strategic Vision
The vision of the Department is to foster the restoration of the independence of The Southern Cameroons/ Ambazonia and subsequently ensure inclusive economic growth and positioning Federal Republic of Ambazonia as a business hub for Central and West African Sub regions, with a target to emerge as a developing economy by 2030.
- Key Roles/Programs/Outcomes
- Designing Economic policies of the Nation for an inclusive growth framework.
- Pursuing macroeconomic objectives of:
- Price Stabilization
- Minimizing Unemployment
- Favorable balance of payment
- Enhancing Economic growth and development.
- Collaborating with the Monetary authorities and other Institutions in the pursuance of the Coordination, regulation and implementation of economic and financial activities of the nation.
- Pursue a beneficial Assets and Liability sharing scheme between FRA and LRC.
- Designing socio – economic policies that enhance a business friendly environment.
- Identifying viable revenue sources for the government.
- Modeling appropriate revenue rates in the economy.
- Preparing annual budgets.
- Preparing short term, medium term and long term development plans.
- Identify Growth potentials and Drivers in the economy.
- Monitoring, analysing and regulating the economic and financial performance of the economy.
- Advising the FRA on Socio-Economic related issues
- Undertaking and coordinating other socio economic issues in the economy.
- Insuring that The Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia emerges as a developing economy by 2030.
- Positioning The Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia as a business hub in the Central and West African Sub regions.
- Participate in the process of getting competent personnel in each directorate, for the day to day operations of the Directorate.
- Ensure the effective day-to-day function of the workplace(s), through proper delegation of functions.
- Vigorously pursue the Sustainable development Goals that pertains to the Health Sector.
- Partner with other State Departments, State Agencies, Organizations and Stakeholders as a whole (as the need arises) in the pursuance of the overall goals of the Nation.
- Performing other Economy and Finance related assignments as may be assigned from time to time.
Department of Economy and Finance has jurisdiction over the Economic, Finance and selected Social issues, with the well-being of the people being paramount.
This State Department is mandated to plan, execute, monitor and continuously improve programs that will positively impact the Socio-economic and financial welfare of the people of Ambazonia.
State Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS)
The Department of Health and Social Services is created to lay the foundation for a healthy and socially inclusive Federal Republic of Ambazonia. To do this it has to improve health status through developing and implementing and implementing a health and social policy that promotes: Socially inclusive programs; healthy lifestyles; improves the healthcare delivery system by focusing on access, efficiency, quality and sustainability.
Department of Homeland Security
The Department of Homeland Security has a vital mission: to secure the nation from the many threats we face. This requires the dedication of men and women in roles that range from transport and border security to emergency response, from cybersecurity analyst to counterterrorism specialist. Our duties are wide-ranging, and our goal is clear – keeping Ambazonia safe.
Department of Finance
Overview
The vision of the Department of Treasury is to provide strategic leadership in financial and fiscal matters to ensure sustainable and inclusive social and economic development of the people of Ambazonia so that all may enjoy value for money services of the highest quality.
The Department’s mission is to be an activist Treasury that enables and promotes quality service delivery for the citizens of Amazonia through: sustainable funding that ensures developmentally focused allocation of resources and innovative revenue generation; efficient cash management that ensures sustainable liquidity levels in the country; effective financial management and reporting that ensures responsible stewardship and transparent resource utilisation and expenditure; and a well-structured governance framework that ensures accountability, transparency and fiscal discipline in line with statutory obligations.

Department of Education and Strategic Collaboration
The Department of Education is laying the foundation for a prosperous Federal Republic of Ambazonia. To do this, it is designing an educational system that will ensure lifelong learning, education and training opportunities, which will in turn contribute towards job creation while improving on the quality of life and building a peaceful, prosperous Country.
Strategic Vision
To develop a world-class education system that is accessible and creates a competent workforce.
Develop and implement an educational rescue plan including e-learning, soft skills development and home schooling during restoration phase.
Finalizing and piloting the education policy
- Working on curriculum development for major subject areas in schools, colleges and universities.
- Facilitating and providing teacher professional training and continuing education
- Facilitating Research and Development activities in the educational field especially in science and technology
- To implement monitoring systems to ensure established standards are maintained in all governmental and nongovernmental institutions.
- To develop and implement a system of quality assurance for education, including program accreditation, institutional audits, quality promotion and capacity development, standards development.
- To monitor and report on the state of the education system, including assessing whether, how, to what extent and with what consequences the vision, policy goals and objectives for education are being realized.
Department of Education is the custodian of the mandate to educate the people of Ambazonia at all levels and across all tiers of government. Their jurisdiction in the interim focuses on Planning, Policy & Strategy. To this effect, the Department has developed the followed forward-looking plans:
